Booking And Payments

To start your journey with Hajjumrahpackages.pk, a non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your reservation. You need to complete the payment by the due date as outlined in the booking confirmation. Aside from this, we accept many payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and several other specified options.

Documentation Requirements

All tourists and Hajj and Umrah pilgrims are responsible to ensure that all their travel documents, including visas and passports, are up-to-date and valid. At Hajjumrahpackages, we will facilitate you in obtaining visas and getting them approved.

Itinerary Changes

We strive hard to best adhere to the proposed itinerary. However, unforeseen circumstances may require several adjustments. We also reserve the right to modify accommodations, transportation and schedules as required with timely communication to pilgrims and travelers.

Health And Insurance

You should purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations. In addition, we are not liable for any health-related issues you experience during the spiritual journey. Therefore, it is advised to consult healthcare experts for necessary precautions.

Pilgrimage Conduct

Travelers and pilgrims must adhere to the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia, especially during religious rituals. Any behavior violating local laws or conflicting with the principles of Umrah and Hajj will not be tolerated, and appropriate actions will be taken.

Unavoidable Circumstances

Hajjumrahpackages.pk will not be responsible for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as government actions or natural disasters.

Liability Terms

We follow the necessary guidelines to ensure the safety of pilgrims. However, we will not be liable for injury, loss or any damage to your personal belongings.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms of service will be resolved immediately through negotiations. Apart from this, legal proceedings may also be considered, if necessary.
