Process of Umrah

• Required Documents

Passports and C.N.I.C. are essential for travel. Visit the customer service office and apply for the key. For access, you will visit any customer branch. After the passport issue, apply for the Visa; when the visa is issued, buy a ticket according to your feasibility.

• Decide the duration of the Umrah. 

Decide the Umrah days and choose the Umrah package according to it. Also, decide how many days you want to spend at Mecca and Madina. We suggest that you spend more time in Mecca. Here also choose the places that you will want to visit.

The hotel service is included in the Umrah package. The travel agency provides the stay service in Mecca and madina. Sometimes the, the budget and charges of the Umrah package changed according to the stay at the hotel.

2. Visit holy places in Mecca 

 In the mecca. You will visit sacred sites in two ways. The first way you will take the bus from Ibrahim Khalil Road or Hijira Road for 10 to 20 riyal. The other way you will hire a taxi.

3. Money exchange:

Choose the Westen Union to transfer your money. This is a secure and accessible platform. The Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi people use this service.

4. Limit of Zam Zam water 

This is the issue with the Pakistani community taking Zam Zam water. We suggest to take a limited bottle of water. The Saudi government allow 5 liter bottle to carry.

Umrah Rituals

There are four basic steps of Umrah Rituals.

1. Ihram

 this is the kind of specific dress that must be worn during Umrah. Women wear an abaya or hijab and cover their bodies. The men take two parts of cloth, and the right shoulder is naked.

2. Tawaf

it is the process in which Muslims walk seven times around the Kabba(Allah’s house) and read some dua and surah.

3. Sa’i

the walk seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwah, is called Saii.

4.Halq/Taqsir

After the Sai, the Muslim men shave their heads, and women cut 1 inch of hair.

• If the fire of the ticket of tax will change, pay it by yourself. The agency is not responsible for this.
• If any Tax, fee, Surcharge, or Insurance is issued by the Saudi Government, Pakistani Govt or Competent Authority, it will be charged accordingly and paid by the Passenger.
• The payments of the Umrah package are paid by Pakistani rupees.
• In the mecca and Madinah, the bed are double, and tripla.
• Hotel Check-In Starts after 16:00 hrs Check-out must be before 12:00 hrs
• If you send late payments, the agency are not responsible for the visa rejection or other matter.
• Arqem Lahore (Pvt) Ltd will not be responsible for Visa rejection by Saudi authorities.
• The passport is valid for 8 months.

• Women should come with their meharm. Only women above the age of 45 are allowed to come without mehram.
